FRZB is widely expressed in adult mammalian tissues. In the Xenopus gastrula, FRZB is regulated as a typical Spemann organizer component. FRZB also functions as a competitor for the cell-surface G-protein receptor Frizzled. It is espically important in embryonic development. Defects in FRZB gene can cause female-specific osteoarthritis (OA) susceptibility. FRZB may serve an important role in determining hip shape and may modify the relationship between hip shape and OA.

Sequence: Ala32-Asn325

Purity: > 85 % as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.

Reconstitution: Please refer to the printed manual for detailed information.

Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Calculated MW: 34.5 kDa

Observed MW: 41 kDa

Storage: Generally, lyophilized proteins are stable for up to 12 months when stored at -20 to -80℃.
