Background: Interferon-stimulated protein that plays a role in innate immunity. Strongly inhibits ebolavirus transcription and replication. Forms a complex with viral RNA-bound nucleocapsid NP and thereby prevents the transport of NP to the cell surface.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
