Description: IdeS Protease is an immunoglobulin-degrading enzyme from Streptococcus pyogenes (IdeS). It cleaves Immunoglobulin G (IgG) with high specificity at a single site below the hinge region, yielding F(ab’)2 and Fc fragments.
