Background: This gene encodes a matrix protein which binds nuclear matrix and scaffold-associating DNAs through a unique nuclear architecture. The protein recruits chromatin-remodeling factors in order to regulate chromatin structure and gene expression.
Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Polyclonal Antibodies
Bioworld Molecular Weight: 100KDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Extra Notes: Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat cells, using SATB1 antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per Lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
