Background: The protein encoded by this gene contains a HMG box DNA binding domain. HMG boxes are found in many eukaryotic proteins involved in chromatin assembly, transcription and replication. This protein may function to regulate T-cell development.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: Polyclonal Antibodies

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Extra Notes: Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human kidney using TOX Rabbit pAb at dilution of 1:50. Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol., Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human spleen using TOX Rabbit pAb at dilution of 1:50.
