Background: ZRANB2, also named as ZIS and ZNF265, is a splice factor required for alternative splicing of TRA2B/SFRS10 transcripts. It may interfere with constitutive 5'-splice site selection. The calculated MW of ZRANB2 is 330aa, 37 kDa or 320aa, 36 kDa. We always got the ~48 kDa in our detection. The immunogen of this antibody is 1-241aa. No other protein can be recognized by this antibody from the sequence BLAST results.
