Generated by Specific Peptide Antigens 

The AFfirm™ family mouse monoclonal antibodies were generated by specific peptide antigens which provides many advantages when compared with the 80% recombinant protein antigens on the market. Some advantages include:  

• The specificity is highly guaranteed, and the location of protein recognition is clearer. 
• The homology prediction for antibody recognition epitope and target protein are more informative. 
• Compared with the time-consuming and laborious antibody epitope assays, AFfirm family monoclonal antibodies have a clear epitope recognition. Currently, there are less than 300 kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies in the world that have been tested for epitopes. 

Flow Cytometry 

Based on flow cytometry, the AFfirm™ family monoclonal antibodies are able to screen for monoclonal cell lines with the highest affinity. The lowest dilution ratio for WB so far is 1:10,000 and the exposure time is only 10 seconds. 

Qualification 

The endogenous WB were applied as the Qualification criteria for AFfirm™'s full range of monoclonal antibodies. Comparing with the overexpressed samples and recombinant protein samples, endogenous detection is the best standard.
