Product Description: Lipase is a kind of enzyme preparation produced by aspergillus submerged fermentation. It is also a kind of modified enzyme preparation after DNA recombination. The main activated composition lipase can hydrolyze grease into dihydroxypropyl ester/ diacylglycerol/ glycerin/free fatty acid.
