Acts upstream of or within several processes, including defense response to Gram-positive bacterium, positive regμlation of interferon-gamma production, and regμlation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobμlin superfamily domains. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm, extracellμlar region, and plasma membrane. Predicted to be part of interleukin-12 receptor complex and interleukin-23 receptor complex. Predicted to be active in external side of plasma membrane. Is expressed in decidua, decidua basalis, embryo, and extraembryonic component.
