Usage: Anti-His immunomagnetic beads are covalently conjugated to high-quality His-tagged antibodies and magnetic beads, which can specifically bind to His-tagged proteins in the sample, and can be used for immunoprecipitation, immuno(co)precipitation, and other experiments of His-tagged fusion proteins or protein complexes.
His tags have been widely used in the study of protein expression, purification, identification, interaction, and function. His-tagged proteins are typically purified using His-tagged protein purification media (nickel columns), but for applications such as small amounts of His-tagged fusion proteins or protein complexes or immunoprecipitation, Anti-His magnetic beads are simpler and more convenient.
