Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified by protein A and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: Using phage display technology, library of antibody was constructed from peripheral blood of New Zealand rabbits which had been immunized by KPC protein. Screening the library with recombinant KPC protein, the target antibody was obtained and then was purified by recombinant and expression.

Extra Notes: By using Indirect ELISA to detect the binding activity of KPC rabbit monoclonal antibody and recombinant KPC protein. Antigen concentration was 1 µ g/ml.
