Background: Displays arylsulfatase activity at acidic pH with pseudosubstrates, such as p-nitrocatechol sulfate and also, but with lower activity, p-nitrophenyl sulfate and 4-methylumbelliferyl sulfate.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: Arylsulfatase G polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Arylsulfatase G protein.
