Background: The protein encoded by this gene is an autophagy factor and a target of the TOR kinase signaling pathway. The encoded protein is essential for autophagosome formation and mitophagy.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
