CRD1 Polyclonal Antibody
Catalogue Numbers: BS67285-50, BS67285-100
Sizes: 50µl, 100µl
Product: Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
Swiss-Prot: Q9M591
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana
Applications: WB
All Applications: WB (1/500 - 1/2000)
Background: Catalyzes the formation of the isocyclic ring in chlorophyll biosynthesis. Mediates the cyclase reaction, which results in the formation of divinylprotochlorophyllide (Pchlide) characteristic of all chlorophylls from magnesium-protoporphyrin IX 13-monomethyl ester (MgPMME).
Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: Recognizes endogenous levels of CRD1 protein.
Extra Notes: Western blot analysis of CRD1 expression in arabidopsis thaliana (A) whole cell lysates.
Bioworld Molecular Weight: ~ 45 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name: ACSF; AT103; CHL27; ZIP; Magnesium-protoporphyrin IX monomethyl ester [oxidative] cyclase chloroplastic; Mg-protoporphyrin IX monomethyl ester oxidative cyclase; Copper response defect 1 protein; Dicarboxylate diiron protein; AtZIP; MPE-cyclase
Immunogen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of arabidopsis thaliana CRD1. The exact sequence is proprietary.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodified
