Background: This gene encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins (RasGEF). The encoded protein interacts in a complex with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) and plays a role in the regulation of AMPA receptor function.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
