Background: This gene is upregulated by interferon-gamma and encodes a protein that is a member of the AGP11/GTPBP1 family of GTP-binding proteins. A structurally similar protein has been found in mouse, where disruption of the gene for that protein had no observable phenotype.
Research Areas: Signal transduction
Target Protein: GTPBP1
Applications: WB, ELISA

Host: Rabbit
Isotype: IgG
Full Product Name: GTP-binding protein 1
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human AMPK alpha around the phosphorylation site of Thr172. AA range:140-189
Storage: -20°C for 1 year
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
