Background: KLF13 belongs to a family of transcription factors thatcontain 3 classical zinc finger DNA-binding domains consisting of azinc atom tetrahedrally coordinated by 2 cysteines and 2 histidines(C2H2 motif). These transcription factors bind to GC-rich sequencesand related GT and CACCC boxes.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 96% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
