How does LabelEase work?
1. Simply place the rack of LabelEase in a 48-well-plate.
2. Load your spheroids or organoids in suspension using the large opening (inlet).
3. Remove the solution using the smaller opening (outlet).
4. Proceed with your usual staining protocol, always using the inlet to add a solution and the outlet to remove it.
Specifications of LabelEase:
- The rack of inserts fits in a 48-well-plate
- The mesh at the bottom of the well have pores of 100µm, depending on pore size selected.
- The device is re-usable
- 1 unit corresponds to a rack of 6 inserts
Kit content
1. Choose the size of pack depending on your use :
- Discovery pack: 1 unit of 6 inserts
- Medium pack: 4 units of 6 inserts
- Extended pack: 8 units of 6 inserts
2. Choose additional items if needed:
- Large opening tips: useful to uptake spheroids and organoids without damaging them
- 48-well plate in which the device will fit (Contact Us for this option)
