Background: Functional component of the Nogo receptor signaling complex in RhoA activation responsible for some inhibition of axonal regeneration by myelin-associated factors. Is also an important negative regulator of oligodentrocyte differentiation and axonal myelination. Acts in conjunction with RTN4 and RTN4R in regulating neuronal precursor cell motility during cortical development.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: LINGO1 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of LINGO1 protein.
