Background: LYAR, also named as ZLYAR, is 379 amino acid protein, which contains 2 C2H2-type zinc fingers. LYAR is expressed at at high levels in immature spermatocytes, early embryos and in fetal liver and thymus ,with low expression in kidney and spleen. It is suggested that LYAR participates in regulating the stability of C23, a protein that is critical for maintaining the self-renewal and differentiation of embryonic stem cells.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: LYAR Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of LYAR protein.
