Background: Involved in the maturation of Asn-linked oligosaccharides. Trim alpha-1,2-linked mannose residues from Man(9GlcNAc(2 to produce first Man(8GlcNAc(2 then Man(6GlcNAc and a small amount of Man(5GlcNAc.
Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
