Background: MAST3, also named as KIAA0561, belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family. MAST3 in antigen-presenting cells and in lymphocytes. The knockdown of MAST3 specifically decreased Toll-like receptor-4-dependent NF-kappaB activity.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: MAST3 (R1065) pAb detects endogenous levels of MAST3 protein.
