Background: MRPL15 is encoded by nuclear genes and helps in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion.A large number of SNPs genotyped in genome-wide as- sociation studies poses a significant computational challenge in the identification of gene-gene interactions.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
