Background: The protein encoded by this gene can bind GOLPH3, linking the Golgi to the cytoskeleton and influencing Golgi membrane trafficking. The encoded protein is also part of a complex that assembles lamellar actomyosin bundles and may be required for cell migration.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
