Background: Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a transcription factor which regulates the expression of many detoxification and antioxidant enzymes. Nrf2 can potentially play a significant role in adaptive responses to oxidative stress. Nrf2 belongs to the Cap N Collar (CNC-bZIP subfamily of basic /leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors.

Purification and Purity: Protein A affinity purified

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: This antibody detects endogenous levels of Nrf2 only when phosphorylated at Ser40.

Bioworld Molecular Weight: ~ 68, 90 kDa

Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.

Extra Notes: Western blot (WB) analysis of Nrf2 (phospho-S40) Rabbit mAb at 1:1000 dilution
