Background: Predicted to enable K63-linked polyubiquitin modification-dependent protein binding activity and thiol-dependent deubiquitinase. Predicted to be involved in negative regulation of I-kappaB kinase/NF-kappaB signaling and protein deubiquitination. Predicted to act upstream of or within proteolysis. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus. Used to study chromosome 15q13.3 microdeletion syndrome. Orthologous to human OTUD7A (OTU deubiquitinase 7A).

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
