Background: The lysine methylation chemical reaction is the reversible addition of one, two or three methyl groups to the ε-nitrogen of a lysine side chain, forming monomethylated, dimethylated and trimethylated derivatives (referred to here as ‘Kme1’, ‘Kme2’ and ‘Kme3’).

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
