Background: PART1 is induced by androgen in prostate adenocarcinoma cells. Multiple alternatively transcript variants have been described for this gene, none of which are predicted to encode a protein product.

Condition: Liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.

Storage Instructions: -20°C/1 year

Recommended dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. ELISA: 1/10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
