Background: Participates in the biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate. Mediates RAC1-dependent reorganization of actin filaments. Acts as an activator of TUT1 adenylyltransferase activity in nuclear speckles, thereby regulating mRNA polyadenylation of a select set of mRNAs. Contributes to the activation of PLD2.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
