Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Cell projection, lamellipodium. Vesicle. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, microtubule organizing center, centrosome. Predominantly cytoplasmic but a small proportion colocalizes with SSX2 in the nucleus. Activation of protein kinase C results in redistribution to the periphery of lamellipodia.
