Description: Recombinant Human CSF-1/M-CSF Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Glu33-Arg255) of human M-CSF/CSF-1 (Accession #NP_000748.3) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Bio-Activity: 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CSF1 at 1μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CSF1R with a linear range of 0.01-7.8 ng/mL.|2.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using M-NFS-60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1.53-6.14 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.63×10^5 -6.53×10^5 units/mg.
