Description: Recombinant Human FGFR-1/FLT-2/CD331 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg22-Glu376) of human FGF R1/CD331 (Accession #NP_075598.2) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Immobilized Recombinant Human FGF1 at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human FGFR1 with a linear range of 1.1-3.4 μg/mL.|2.Measured by its ability to inhibit FGF-acidic dependent proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 mouse fibroblasts. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.605-2.42 ng/mL.
