Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IFN-γR1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric Protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 475 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 53.7 kDa. By SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhIFN-γR1/Fc is approximately 75-80 kDa due to the glycosylation.
