Description: Active Recombinant Human IL-12B&IL-23A Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ile23-Ser328&Arg20-Pro189) of human IL-23 (Accession #NP_002178.2/NP_057668.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus(IL23A).

Bio-Activity: 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Human IL-12B&IL-23A at 5μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL23R with a linear range of 4-135 ng/ml.|2.Measured by its ability to induce IL-17 secretion by mouse splenocytes. The ED50 for this effect is 21.23-84.94 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.17×10^4 ~4.71×10^4 units/mg.
