Molecular Mass: The secreted pro form of human INHBB comprises 390 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 43.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhINHBB is approximately 17, 42 and 55 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, corresponding to the mature form, pro peptide and pro form respectively.
