Citations, Manuals and MSDS Available upon request.
Abbreviation: LILRB3
Target Synonym: LIR-3; Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor 3; CD85 antigen-like family member A; Immunoglobulin-like transcript 5; ILT-5; Monocyte inhibitory receptor HL9; CD85a; LIR3
UNIProt ID: O75022
Target Species: Human
Expression Host: HEK293 Cells
Fusion Tag: C-His
Accession: O75022
Background: May act as receptor for class I MHC antigens. Becomes activated upon coligation of LILRB3 and immune receptors, such as FCGR2B and the B-cell receptor. Down-regulates antigen-induced B-cell activation by recruiting phosphatases to its immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitor motifs (ITIM).
Sequence: Met1-Glu443
Purity: > 95 % as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.
Reconstitution: Please refer to the printed manual for detailed information.
Endotoxin: Please contact us for more information.
Calculated MW: 46.1 kDa
Observed MW: 70 kDa
Storage: Generally, lyophilized proteins are stable for up to 12 months when stored at -20 to -80℃. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-8℃ for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20℃ for 3 months.
Shipping: This product is provided as lyophilized powder which is shipped with ice packs.
