Background: Mitochondrial Rho GTPase 2 (RHOT2) is a GTPase having a carboxyl-terminal transmembrane domain and GTP-binding domains which are separated by a linker region containing calcium-binding motifs. RHOT2 is commonly referred as MIRO2.
