GeneID: 6520
Species: Human
Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage: Store at -20℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt. After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.
Background: This protein is a member of the solute carrier family and encodes a cell surface, transmembrane protein. The protein exists as the heavy chain of a heterodimer, covalently bound through di-sulfide bonds to one of several possible light chains. The encoded transporter plays a role in regulation of intracellular calcium levels and transports L-type amino acids. Alternatively spliced transcript variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Bio-Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Human SLC3A2 Protein at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind ITGB1 with a linear range of 0.0195-1.216 μg/mL.
