Description: Active Recombinant Mouse IL-12/IL-12A&IL-12B Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg23-Ala215＆Met23-Ser335) of Mouse IL-12A&IL-12B (Accession #P43431＆P43432) fused with and a 6×His tag at the C-terminus(IL-12).

Bio-Activity: 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized Mouse IL-12A&IL-12B (Catalog: RP01691) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL12RB1 with a linear range of 0.001-3.3 ng/mL.|2.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using IL2-activated mouse splenocytes. The ED50 for this effect is 0.01- 0.03 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.3×10^7~ 1× 10 ^8 units/mg.|3.Measured by its ability to induce Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 7.3-29.2 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.4×10^4 ~1.4×10^5 units/mg.
