The reduced monomer consists of 563 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 64 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm IL13Rα1/Fc monomer is approximately 80-90 kDa due to glycosylation.
