Background: This gene encodes a protein of unknown function. Loss-of-function mutation in this gene cause Kohlschutter-Tonz syndrome. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
