Background: Zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 7B, may be a specific regulator of miRNA biogenesis. Binds to microRNAs MIR7-1, MIR16-2 and MIR29A hairpins recognizing the 'ATA(A/T)' motif in the apical loop.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
