Background: SNX32 (sorting nexin-32), also known as SNX6B (sorting nexin-6B), is a 403 amino acid protein that contains one PX (phox homology) domain and belongs to the sorting nexin family. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, SNX32 may be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
