Background: Serine/threonine-protein kinase that acts as a key regulator of NRAS signaling by mediating phosphorylation of NRAS at 'Ser-89', thereby enhancing NRAS-binding to its downstream effectors.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Extra Notes: Western blot analysis of STK19 expression in Jurkat (A), HepG2 (B), mouse liver (C), rat lung (D), rat brain (E) whole cell lysates., Immunofluorescent analysis of STK19 staining in A549 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 °C in a hidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.
