Background: Anti-apoptotic protein which can inhibit apoptosis induced by intrinsic and extrinsic apoptotic stimuli. Can modulate both capacitative Ca2+ entry and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3)-mediated Ca2+ release.

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Specificity: TMBIM4 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of TMBIM4 protein.
