Background: Enables RNA polymerase II complex binding activity and transcription elongation regulator activity. Involved in regulation of stem cell population maintenance and regulation of transcription elongation from RNA polymerase II promoter. Located in chromatin; nucleolus; and nucleoplasm. Is expressed in alimentary system; axial musculature; clavicle; renal cortex; and vibrissa. Orthologous to human WDR43 (WD repeat domain 43).

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
