Description: Recombinant Human CD7 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala26-Pro180) of human CD7 (Accession #NP_006128.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Background: CD7, also known as Leu-9, is an approximately 40 kDa glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily.CD7 is expressed on T cells, NK cells , myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19+ B progenitor cells. Among CD8+ T cells, the CD7-bright population preferentially contains na?ve and memory cells, while more weak expressors are primarily effector cells.
Bio-Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD7 Protein at 2μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human SECTM1(Catalog:RP00278) with a linear range of 0.098-1.3 ng/mL.
