Description: Recombinant Human LILRB2/ILT-4/CD85d Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln22-Val461) of human LILRB2/CD85d/ILT4 (Accession #AAH36827.1) fused with a Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Alternate Names: LILRB2, CD85D, ILT-4, ILT4, LIR-2, LIR2, MIR-10, MIR10
SWISS: Q8N423-1
GeneID: 10288
Species: Human
Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage: Store at -20 ℃. Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80 ℃ up to 1 year from the date of receipt. After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 months, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week.
Background: Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2) is also known as CD85 antigen-like family member D (CD85d), Immunoglobulin-like transcript 4 (ILT-4), Monocyte / macrophage immunoglobulin-like receptor 10 (MIR-10), which is a member of the the subfamily B class of LIR receptors.Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for the ILT4 gene. ILT4 is expressed on immune cells where it binds to MHC class I molecules on antigen-presenting cells and transduces a negative signal that inhibits stimulation of an immune response. It is thought to control inflammatory responses and cytotoxicity to help focus the immune response and limit autoreactivity.
Bio-Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human LILRB2 Protein at 1μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind LILRB2 Rabbit pAb with a linear range of 0.03-6.78 ng/mL.
