Description: Recombinant Human Lung surfactant protein D/SFTPD(E22G) Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala21-Phe375 (Glu22Gly)) of human SFTPD/SP-D/SFTP4 (Accession #NP_003010.4) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
