Description: Recombinant Human Nectin-3/PVRL3/CD113 Protein is produced by HEK293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gly 58 - Asp 400 ) of human Nectin 3 (Accession #NP_056295) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Background: This protein is a member of the nectin family of proteins, which function as adhesion molecules at adherens junctions. This family member interacts with other nectin-like proteins and with afadin, a filamentous actin-binding protein involved in the regulation of directional motility, cell proliferation and survival.
Bio-Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human Nectin-1 at 3 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human Nectin-3 with a linear range of 180-720 ng/mL.
